Best investment piece we've made for the backyard

Yeah $2900 isnt pocket change but compare to the rest of the high-end outdoor market (restoration hardware, four figure markups etc) and this is honestly fair for what you get. Real materials, thoughtful design, genuine all-weather durability. Already planning to add the matching lounge chairs.

Cream bouclé and outdoor use had me nervous

Was hesitant to put a cream textured fabric outside bc rain dirt sunscreen spills etc. But the fabric has held up amazingly through several summer storms and a kid's juice box explosion. Quick-dry foam means even soaked cushions dry in a day. Just spot clean as needed.

The woven rope detail elevates the whole look

Those vertical rope accents on the side panels add such a nice textural element. Without them this would be a basic cream sofa but the rope weaving brings in that coastal organic feel. Modern farmhouse meets mediterranean villa — exactly the vibe we wanted.

Literally zero assembly required

Unboxed both pieces, placed them on the patio, done. Like literally 5 minutes from box to lounging. For someone who has assembled way too many ikea pieces in their life this was a huge relief. Quality feels substantial — not flimsy or cheap at all.

The bouclé texture is so luxurious in person

The cream bouclé fabric has this gorgeous nubby texture that photographs ok but is GORGEOUS up close. Looks way more expensive than it is. The cushions are firm at first but soften up beautifully after a week of use. High density foam really does bounce back.
