FURNITURE-INSPIRED CAT DESIGN

Features a Separate Cushion
My 10-year-old tabby can't manage tall perches anymore, and this is the first cat tree he's actually used. The lit cubby at floor level with the cushion is his bed now — he goes in every night like it's a tiny hotel room — while the younger cat claims the platforms up top. Sturdy, quiet, and looks like real furniture. So glad someone makes one for older cats.
Two Brits who share one brain cell and zero interest in sharing anything else. The gymnast gets the tall platforms and rope posts; the 15-lb loaf lives in the floor-level cubby like it's his retirement home. Best part: they use it at the same time — the stone base is heavy enough that landings upstairs don't wake the napper downstairs. Passed the wife test in our beige living room. 30 minutes to build. Five stars, would be six if the loaf ever shared.
My rescue spent her first six weeks under my bed and treated every cat tree like it was electric. This one's different — the base is an actual little den: cushion, warm light, walls around her. Night two she slept in it, and now she's curled up in that cubby every evening. The stone base is heavy enough that nothing moves during her zoomies, and it looks like real furniture next to my velvet sofa. Worth every penny.
Our Ragdoll's favorite sleeping spot used to be my face. Put this next to the bed, cubby light on low — night one he slept there until my alarm and hasn't been on my pillow since. The warm light is basically his nightlight, the cushion is genuinely plush, and the white frame actually looks nice next to our wood nightstand. Quiet, stable, 30 minutes to build. My sleep is better, the cat's happy, the marriage survives.
