The padded headboard is comfortable for reading before sleep, and the frame feels secure under normal use. Im glad it only came in two boxes, even if they were bulky. Overall it works well for us.

The boucle look is subtle, not shiny or busy. It works with beige bedding and darker wood nightstands. Instructions were clear enough, tho the rail pieces took me a minute to match up.

We have had no dipping or movement with our mattress on the slats. The frame is fairly low, which makes the room feel open. Pilot delivery gave us a window and the boxes came in good condition.

I was nervous the wingback sides would feel too big, but the profile is cleaner than expected. It fills the room without swallowing it. The chenille and rounded corners make it feel softer than our old metal frame.

Our old headboard disappeared behind pillows, but this one still shows enough shape. The padding is firm, not squishy, which I actually prefer. The light fabric needed a quick airing out after unboxing.
